HMRC have you registered as working self employed during last years tax year.  As you registered during this period HMRC require a tax return or for you to inform them that you didn’t work as self employed during this period.

In the meantime please can you gather any paperwork you have relating to your income, i.e. payslips.  We will call you to discuss your account in more detail.
